Should I buy the 6th or 7th edition of MYOB For Dummies?
This may depend on which version of AccountRight you or your company is running. Many companies have not yet upgraded to the new generation of AccountRight (released in 2011/2012) and may not do so until new service packs are available.
Where features in the 2011 and 2012 releases differ substantially from features in earlier versions, there is an explanation on how both versions function. As far as the different MYOB products are concerned, tasks are explained in a way relevant to the product you have. However, if you have AccountRight Basics or FirstEdge, you may come across references to features that don't exist, such as inventory or payroll.
