When I go to process pays using MYOB Payroll, one of my employees isn’t appearing. Why not? If an employee doesn’t appear in the list when you go to process payroll, it’s almost certainly because you haven’t set their pay frequency correctly. To fix this, go to the Payroll Details tab of the employee’s card and click the Wages side menu. Review the Pay Frequency setting, choosing between Weekly, Fortnightly, Twice a Month or Monthly. TipIf you accidentally miss an employee from a pay run, or you need to pay them separately for some reason, then you can. Go to Process Payroll and click Process individual employee. Select their name from the list and click Next to continue processing their pay.
